Return, Refund and Cancellation

The Homeo Store has strict ‘no replacement or return’ policy which restricts any buyer from returning or replacing any product on any conditions other then mentioned below

  • If the product is broken or damaged on delivery.

To claim the refund, replacement or return in this condition, the buyer is compelled to provide a unboxing video of the product showing the delivery slip, the company box, the damaged object coming out of the perfectly sealed package. Video must not be shot in intervels and should be a single continuous reel with the package in frame throughout the video, if any of the required factors aren’t fulfilled by the buyer, no return can be claimed by them.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of any order can be placed within 24 hours by emailing the order number name of the buyer and delivery address. A confirmation call will be placed to reconfirm the cancellation and if not answered the order will not be considered cancelled.

NOTE: CUSTOMERS OPTING FOR CASH-ON-DELIVERY WILL RECEIVE A ORDER CONFIRMATION CALL BEFORE DISPATCHING OF ORDER(WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER) AND ONCE CONFIRMED THEY CAN’T CANCEL THE ORDER OR ELSE THEY WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM THE WEBSITE FOREVER.
